Class & workshop fees are not refundable, and are valid only for the dates you book.

That said, we try to be as flexible as we can in finding you an alternative spot as long as it doesn't cost us money to do so!

For our courses we previously used to take only a £50 deposit, with the balance payable on the day of the first class.  However, we have had people drop out at the very last moment recently, which is particularly annoying when we have a waiting list of people wanting to attend a course.  Consequently, the balance is now payable 3 days before a class starts.
